The Tupelo office is our flagship office and houses our administrative services as well.  It is located in Downtown Tupelo
 in the Fairpark District.  This office is staffed during all business hours for any questions or problems you may have.

Dr. Hale is available in the Tupelo office Mondays and Wednesdays from 8AM to Noon and 1PM until 5PM, Thursday afternoons from
1PM until 5PM and Friday mornings from 8AM to Noon. 

Office visits are by appointment only but we will try to get you in as soon as possible and will try to get you in the same day if we can.

and Commerce Street.

If you are coming from Highway 45 Bypass or from East Main Street, go West on Main Street until you pass the City Hall building. Turn
LEFT onto Commerce Street (just past the City Hall building). Continue on Commerce Street until near the dead end into Clark 
Boulevard. Turn RIGHT into the parking lot near the last row of office buildings behind City Hall. We are in Number 88 and there is a
sign on the door.

If you are coming from downtown or West Main Street, go East on Main Street until you near City Hall. Turn RIGHT onto Commerce 
Street (just before City Hall and the first right after the railroad tracks). Continue on Commerce Street until near the dead end into Clark
Boulevard. Turn RIGHT into the parking lot near the last row of office buildings behind City Hall. We are in Number 88 and there is a 
sign on the door.
